Returns & Refund Policy

 

At MAC Design, we’re a small family creating meaningful, handmade games and resources from our home in Nottinghamshire. Every item is made and packed with care, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we’ll always do our best to help.

 

Our Promise

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us at
📧 msanders35@aol.com within 14 days of receiving your order so we can put things right.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with a description of the issue and, if possible, a clear photo of the problem.


We’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund. Because many of our products are limited editions or handmade, replacements may vary slightly in appearance — but we’ll make sure you’re happy with the solution.

 

Change of Mind Returns

 

If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.


Once the item has been returned and inspected, a refund (excluding postage costs) will be processed.


Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or refunds for:

  • Digital downloads or printable files

  • Opened or used games/books

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Limited-edition signed prints (unless faulty)

 

Refund Process

 

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
We’ll confirm by email once your refund has been completed.

 

Handmade & Limited Editions

 

Each of our products — including Alice’s Wondrous Adventures — is created and assembled with care. Small variations in print colour, texture, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
