About Us
A family turning life’s challenges into creativity, connection, and play.
We’re Michelle and Jonathan Carr — a creative family who believe learning should feel like play, and that imagination has the power to heal, teach, and connect.
Meet The Team
Our Story
Our journey began long before we made our first game or book. We both proudly served in the Armed Forces, where we learned resilience, teamwork, and the value of purpose. Those years shaped us deeply and taught us the strength of compassion, discipline, and hope — lessons we carry into every part of our lives today.
After leaving the military, we began a new chapter built on creativity, family, and growth.
Jonathan lives with complex PTSD after years of service and now writes as a form of therapy and self-expression. Michelle retrained later in life, turning her passion for design and illustration into a way to bring stories, learning, and imagination to life.
Family Is at the Heart of Everything We Do
We’re parents to wonderful children who inspire everything we create.
Our youngest daughter has severe disabilities and epilepsy, and our eldest is autistic with ADHD. Living in the world of special educational needs every day has taught us patience, understanding, and the importance of inclusivity.
Because of this, our work is shaped by empathy and lived experience. We understand what it’s like to search for resources that truly connect, support, and include every child — no matter their ability.
That’s why every project we make — from Alice’s Wondrous Adventures to our books and prints — comes from a place of heart and hope. We design with the belief that learning should feel joyful, comforting, and magical.
This is just the beginning !
We’re still at the beginning of our journey, and our little shop may look a bit empty right now — but every game, book, and print we create is made with care, meaning, and love.
As we grow, we’ll continue adding new creations inspired by our family’s experiences and the communities that support us. Thank you for being here at the start — it truly means the world to us.
