Who We Are

 

This website is owned and managed by Michelle and Jonathan Carr, a husband-and-wife team based in Nottinghamshire, UK.

We’re both Royal Navy veterans who turned our creativity and lived experience as parents of children with complex needs and disabilities into a mission — to create educational, inclusive, and meaningful resources for families, schools, and carers.

Our family is at the heart of everything we do. We’re not a big company — just a family working together to design games, books, and learning tools that bring people together through play and creativity.

 

Our Products

 

All our products are lovingly designed, illustrated, and produced by us or our trusted UK-based suppliers.

Because many of our items are hand-finished, limited edition, or printed in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur — and that’s part of what makes them special.

Our flagship educational board game, Alice’s Wondrous Adventures, is inspired by Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking-Glass and carefully aligned with the UK Key Stage 2 Maths Curriculum. It’s designed to make learning fun and inclusive for all children, including those with SEN or Dyscalculia.

We reserve the right to make updates or improvements to our designs at any time.

 

Ordering & Payments

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments are taken securely through our website at the time of order.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please check your details carefully and contact us immediately if something doesn’t look right.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframes stated on our Shipping Policy page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is delayed, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can put things right.
