A legal disclaimer

We do our very best to ensure your order is packed securely and dispatched on time. However, once your parcel has been handed over to the courier or postal service, delivery times and any delays are unfortunately outside of our control.
We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to postal issues, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes or severe weather.
If any problems arise, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to help find a resolution.

Processing Times

 

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. As a small family-run venture, each order is packed with care by us — Michelle and Jonathan — so please allow a little extra time during busy periods.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

We currently ship within the UK (and can arrange international shipping on request).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or a trusted courier service.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

(Delivery times may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.)

 

Local Collection

 

If you’re local to Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, we’re happy to arrange free collection — just get in touch before placing your order.

 

Packaging

 

We try to keep packaging eco-friendly and recyclable wherever possible. Each game or book is carefully wrapped to protect it on its journey.

 

Missing or Damaged Items

 

If your order hasn’t arrived or has been damaged in transit, please email us at [your contact email] within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

 

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.


As a small family-run creator, every product we send out is packed with care — but if there’s ever an issue, please let us know.

 

Returns

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a brief description and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.


Because our products are often handmade or limited edition, we may not always be able to provide an exact replacement — but we’ll always make it right in a way that suits you.

 

Non-returnable items

 

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Digital downloads or printable files

  • Opened or used items

  • Custom-made or personalised products

 

 

​Refunds

 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), we’ll confirm your refund by email. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
